Shipping policy

Depending on the time of year, your order will typically ship within 1 week of order date. Turnaround times may be extended, especially during the fourth quarter, and will be updated on this page accordingly.

All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped via UPS Ground and transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on destination. Please refer to the UPS transit map below. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Boston, MA. If you provided an e-mail address to us, you will receive a shipping confirmation from UPS with the details of your shipment (be sure to check spam and junk folders).

McCrea’s Candies is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or by delays resulting from inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

All orders include a detailed packing slip, with the invoice attached, affixed to the outside of one of the master cartons in a plastic sleeve. Please be sure to check your order carefully upon receipt.

Order disputes such as missing items, incorrect items shipped, damaged items, or pricing errors, MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping rates:

For states EAST of the Mississippi: orders of $150 - $499 pay approximately 10% of product total

For states WEST of the Mississippi: orders of $150 - $499 pay approximately 15% of product total

All orders of $500 and up: free standard shipping
